Nuts, dried fruits and unsalted tortilla chips are my go to snacks these days. Sometimes when I really have the urge for something sweet, I'd go to the fancy snack section of the store and get those yogurt covered nuts or dried fruits. So so good and not as much calories as chocolates and candies (in moderation of course).

Try dark chocolates. Not the Cadbury types but search at your nearby bakery for cooking dark chocolate bars. They contain lesser sugar, hence not too bad for health.

i do still go dor chocolates. who doesnt love them. nut i take them dark ... try the dark chocolate with acai. this are my fav

Dip fruits in melted choc or add cut berries into sparkling water topped with a lime slice... Heavenly :)

You can try Callery's Ice Cream :) Almost zero in calories and is suitable for diabetics as well
