Iba yung sakin. Drink fresh coconut water and lots of water it will help.

Yes. I took that twice daily for 7 days. Sinabayan ko ng lots of cranberry juice, fresh buco juice and ofcourse lots of water. Iwas ka muna sa sweets and maaalat.
