Imoderate mo lang yung sasapat lang sa cravings mo but make sure maglight snack ka before eating para di maparami sa sweets and damihan mo lang water intake mo momsh and make sure naiihi mo din. Mas prone kasi tayo sa UTI (bacteria love glucose=sugar) and worse gestational diabetes (na pwedeng makapagcomplicated ng pregnancy mo and mapasa mo pa kay baby) .
