Is Birchtree milk safe for pregnancy?

GoodEvening po mga mommies, nakalimutan ko po I ask sa OB, I am 10 weeks pregnant, okay po ba ang birchtree na milk po for pregnant?

Wala naman pong masama... but it's not a good substitute for Maternity milk unless you're also taking other prenatal vitamins
