Are babies allowed in malls?

Update: Sabi po ng Metro Manila Mayors, bawal daw po sa malls ang babies. So better to follow the rules for the safety of our babies. 😇

I also heard the news this morning mommy. Pero not sure pa daw po yung sa malls pero nakita ko sa MOA marami ng bata.
