Vomiting Issue, Can I Eat Asam Or Jeruk?

Good Morning Dearest Mommies. Anyone Know How I Can Reduce Or Overcome My Frequent Vomiting? I'm 10 Weeks Pregnant And I'll Vomit Everytime I Eat ? Is It Normal? As When I Conceived My 2 Kids Before, Didn't Go Thru This Situation. Any Tips? Would Be Happy If Anyone Can Suggest Me Something To Eat Or Do.

sy dh lalui pengalaman muntah2 since kandungan 8w until 17w..3x warded sbb terlalu byk muntah dan dehydration..doc suggest minum 100 plus yg xde gas tu..glucose utk tmbh tenaga..air kosong x boleh minum byk2..kena minum ckit2 je sbb sy dulu minum air kosong pn muntah..mkn je apa2 mkanan yg boleh masuk tekak asalkan mkn dgn kuantiti ckit2..ubat tahan muntah pn makan sehari sekali, then pelan2 try jgn mkn bla muntah dh kurang..elakkan mkn maknan yg tinggi zink dan susu ketika masih muntah2 ni..tu je la tips yg boleh bg..yg pntg jga time mkn jgn biar perut kosong..😄😉

eh kita sama la... before ni minum air masak ok je, lately ni nak minum suku pun da rasa nk keluar balik. sy try Orange juice Peel Fresh, ok sikit.
