Good evening, sino po dito ang mga manganganak ngayong January 2021? How’s your pregnancy/first trimester experience going? Ako, medyo masama pa din pakiramdam ko. Here are the symptoms that I’m still experiencing at the moment: 1. Morning sickness/Nausea 2. Loss of appetite kaya I’m losing weight as well (1.5 kg of weight loss) 3. I still puke everyday at least once a day 4. Mood swings 5. I always feel tired 6. Super maselan ako sa mga amoy especially amoy ng pagkain. 7. Heartburn How about you or what about yours?
