Sino po may PCOS sa inyo at ilan taon bago nabuntis?

Hello sis. Ano sabi sayo ng OB mo na dapat mo gawin? Ako kasi I got diagnosed with PCOS at 27 (year 2010) pero I had no plans of getting pregnant naman that time. I was on the heavy side back then. Ang advice ng OB ko is for me to start losing weight if ever I have plans of getting pregnant and change talaga sa food choices ko (proper diet). Minanage din ang sugar ko because I was prediabetic back then. Me and my partner wanted to get pregnant as soon as we bought a new home back in October 2016. Magpapawork up sana kami kasi alam ko ngang may PCOS ako pero we found out in December 2016 that I was already 2 months pregnant.
