Ako nung ika 8th month ko nirelease na ng company ang cheque, I submitted proof of pregnancy and MAT1 form.. then pagkapanganak ko this january I just need to submit requirements for MAT reimbursement kasi mag rreimburse ung company sa sss..

Pero matagal po na release yung cheque kahit sa una palg na aprobahan na ng SSS?.
