Pills for breastfeed

Good eve mga mamsh.. Weh po mas better mag take ng pills? Kasi breastfeed prin ako khit 1½ year na anak ko tapos sa march 1 magkikita na kmi ng husband ko.. Tapos yung regla ko always first week of the month dumadating.. Please advice me first time mom here😁
