Lots of water, eat watermelon or papaya. Kung may iniinom ka man folic acid, konting tiis lang. Ang folic acid ang side effect nun constipated ka e. Based on my experience, ganon sakin. Nung pinatigil na ng OB lonyung foloc acid, back to normal na bowel movement ko.
Hi sis. I sufferred the same on my early pregnnacy. Yung tipong matatakot ka na pag darating na naman yung next sked mo sa banyo. Gladly, i was advised to take oatmeal amd brown rice and hydrate often. Ok na ako ngayon. No worries na
dahil sa gamot sis na iniinom mo kaya ka nagkakaroon ng ganyan...wag ka uminom ng gamot kaagad before or after kumain.. uminom ka ng gamot after 1 hour
Anmum choco/ mocha latte with oatmeal po. Super effective. Pag naka skip ako kahit 1 day nagiging constipated ako. Kaya inaaraw araw ko taLaga.
I drink lemon kasibtalagang ifaflush out nya laman ng tiyan mo kung constipated ka.😊 Tapos pinalitan din ni OB yung prenatal vitamins ko.
Nakakaconstipate talaga ang prenatal vitamins. So better eat green leafy vegetables. :) Hydrate yourself and citrus fruits. :)

at least 3 liters of water a day. pilitin nyo po maka 3 liters, effective po sakin

Kain po hinog n papaya o avocado, oatmeal din po nkakatulong tas more water.
