Hi mommy. It depends on your body. If it is still weak, huwag muna para hindi mabinat. Prro more likely 3 months, if you think na need mong mag-exercise sa mga fitness center or gym, better to ask help first sa doctor. 😊

Nag pacheck up muna ako bago ako bumalik Ng gym ..Basta wag Muna yung mag buhat ng heavy weights .. recommend nya sakin is cardio exercises
