Abdomen And Backpain Often

Good day! I have felt pain in my right upper abdomen, just below the ribs connected to my back. It started in my 16th week til now. I always feel it specially when im sitting or travelling.. There is also somewhat like a stone or like a ball just on that spot of my abdomen. Can u help? Thank u.
