how to tell your parents

Hi, going 3mos na ko preggy pero di pa alam ng mga parents ko kinakabahan ako mag sabi. Any ideas or pano ipapaalam? 25yrs old me and 29 si partner and we're 5yrs mag bf and gf. Thanks in advance for your suggestions
