Will you give your maid the wifi password? Why and why not?

Before I give anything, I will access her character first. Is she the type that will be hooked on her phone, or is she the responsible type that will only use her phone after work hours. For myself, my helper was not allowed handphone when she first arrived. After 10 months, I find she is responsible and will not abuse the usage, so I leave a mobile for her to use on fri, sat and sunday to video call and message her family. Maybe for a start you can restrict her usage to certain hours? I was told the router can set specific timing and device for wifi to be enabled. You can explore that - maybe restrict her wifi at the start from 8-11pm or something.
