You have to pay at least 9 months prior to your due date. Much better if asikasuhin mo yan, hanggang june 30 na lang po deadline. You can go to the nearest Philhealth office in your area. Or just ask someone to go there for you if di ka makakalabas. Just give authorization letter. Husband ko nag-asikaso nung saken.

Yes po. MDR, kung employed need mo ng certificate of contributions galing sa employer mo kung voluntary need mo yung upadated receipt ng monthly contributions, tapos philhealth ID. 😊

Yes sis. Need kasi nila macheck na updated ang hulog mo. Kaya kung employed need din ng certificate of contributions na nakalagay dun yung updated hulog at receipt number galing kay employer.

Yun nga po ang malungkot mommy eh kasi the basis whether or not you are qualified is not the number of years that you are employed nor the total amount of your contributions po but whether or not you paid 9 monthly amortizations within 12 months immediately preceding the month of contingency since you are no longer employed po. That is based on the Philhealth guidelines. I might be wrong mommy. Much better if mag ask nlng tayo sa Philhealth personnel.
