How do you cope with no help?

Any full-time working mom with no help from parents, helpers, family members? Just wanna know how y'all cope.

time management essentially; how to deal with work, kid(s), housework, cooking, health, stamina, etc. just hoping I could pick up some tips & tricks here & there. :)
