How do mummies cope with 2 or more kids.

Dear mommies, I have a 2 year old currently in childcare and another baby will come by next year in February 2023. My hubby and me working office hour. We have no extra help (no helper, no parents help). We want to put our 2nd baby through infant care but that doesn't solve our problem of coping through sleepless night and household chores. How do mummies cope with this?
