Me 3rd baby na namin and mag 2 wks pa lang after I gave birth, and sa 2 wks na to wala pa ako naging maayos na tulog dahil bf din si baby. First time ko mag bf kaya madalas pag ayaw mag latch ni baby frustrated ako. Umiiyak na lang ako twing gabi, ako lang nag aalaga sa baby namin sa gabi dahil sa call center hubby ko then sa morning naman tulog sya. Yung tipong puyat ka kay baby tapos may papasok kpa na anak sa morning. Nakaaiyak ang hirap pero kakayanin naman,iniisip ko minsan lang sila maging baby kaya yung time ko ibbigay ko para saknila.

Normal lang ang post partum blues...pinagdadaanan yan ng nakararami lalo na kapag wala tayo makausap...basta ienjoy mo lang moment na kasama si baby.swerte mo pa mommy kasi full time mo syang naaalagaan..unlike ko na working mom.. its ok, Iyak mo lang yan at the end kapag nakita mo si baby mapapawi lahat ng lungkot mo kasi you will realize na you are blessed having your cute little one.. 😊🤗

Normal lang yan sis. Ganyan din ako nung bagong panganak, feeling ko napaka worthless ko tapos feeling ko walang nakakaintindi sakin although todo support sakin parents and hubby ko 😅 Nanjan umiiyak pa ko. Yaan mo lilipas din yan hehe focus ka lang kay baby 😉☺️

Talk it out with someone you're comfortable with , sis! Wag mo i-bottle up kasi mahirap na kinikimkim mo lahat ng pagod and negative stuff. Tska you can always vent out here naman, we gotchu gorl!! We luv u! We believe in u, mamsh!! You got diz mwaaaa

went through the same thing when i gave birth. minsan 1 week ako umiiyak everday. 2 mos pa lang baby ko now and i still feel that sometimes. normal lang yan momsh, we are also going through a lot of changes as new moms. it will get better :)

Post Partum Blues is normal not unless tumagal siya ng a week or two. If u feel empty pdin after that better check yourself po. And always always remind everyone sa house niyo especially your husband to give u a helping hand kasi that's all u need

Tip ko din sayo mumsh based to sa mga chika sakin ng friends ko, try mo i bottle fed minsan si baby. Alternate mo siya. If u nurse this morning try to bottle feed him on his next feed. Kasi if u don't start early mahihirapan ka lalo na i you're planning to go back to your regular work agad. Some babies pag nasanay sa nipple ng mommiea nkla they don't feed on bottles. Kaya if masanay si baby mo mahihirapan ka. Even your own me time mahihirapan kang timing-an kasi u need to worry about your little one.

Minsan talaga nakakapagod. Pero kailangan lumaban para kay lo. Take some time to rest. Wag kang mahiyang humingi ng tulong sa asawa mo. If you need time to rest, go ahead. Wag mo ipagkait sa sarili mo at napapagod din katawang lupa natin.

Libangin mo din self mo po mommy watch tv lalo na nga comedy or basa basa ka kahit papano malibang libang ka sa buhay pag tulog na baby mo pahinga mo din itulig mo din pra healthy mind kadin po

Ganyan din minsan feeling ko kasi lagi nalang nasa bahay and wala ka na ibang magawa, kahit makapag cellphone, limited na din ang time. Stay positive lang mommy, konting tiis lang for baby.

Think outside the box. Wag magpapakain sa depression, think that your baby is the greatest blessing of all and being a mom is the best role in the world
