Post partum

Hi po, is it possible to have postpartum depression kahit natal death po? Still birth si baby at 7mos. and I've undergone CS to remove him.. And 10mos. na nakalipas.. But I'm having the symptoms of postpartum depression since 2mos. after the operation I think.. Sobrang hirap lang sa pakiramdam, or maybe depression lang tlga to..Thanks sa makakatulong..
