Pampering self; Post Partum

I gave birth 7 months ago with normal delivery. Post partum is hitting me so hard. I wanted to freshen up myself. I'm looking forward to having my hair rebonded. I feel so Haggard with my looks. I'm not breastfeeding anymore. Will having a hair treatment be okay?
