Hi mommy. Prone tlaga mga buntis sa constipation. Eat fruits rich in fiber, drink a lot of water or drink Yakult. Iwas po sa mga maanghang at oily foods.
more water mamsh. oatmeal,fiber. ok din mag yakult. 🙂
