Formula milk : Is there any way to prevent heatiness? Reduce number of scoops or dilute more water?

Please do NOT prepare formula in any other way, other than what is mentioned on the tin! There are many reasons that LO may be heaty, and formula could be a reason - but you should not try to dilute/thicken formula.
