Sis based on experience, mas effective po sakin yung hindi maaasim na sabaw like nilaga or tinola. Then sabayan niyo po ng lactating treats. Im currently drinking Mother Nurture's lactation drink.

More water, sabaw. Ako kahit coffee lang sa morning tapos more water na. Nakakapag pump ako 4-6oz.

Manual Lang po ang gamit ko. Okay Naman Hindi Naman siya masama. Takot ako gumamit Ng electric Wala Kasi diba nga electric mamaya sabugan ako hahahaha anyways it's up to you
