meron po, hemarate fa ganun sis. iron+multivitamins+folic acid. may mga iba pa, ask ka sa pharmacist sis.

first trimester ka pa lang ba? if yes, need mo kasi mag focus muna sa folic acid talaga. sa hemarate fa sis, konti lang ang content ng folic acid. usually nagpapalit ng hemaraye fa kapag 2nd trimester na. po. sa una hiwalay pa ang folic acid para mas mataas dosage makuha mo.
