Be prepared for sore nipples at the start, ensure you have nipple cream and apply liberally. You will also need to massage the breasts to open the ducts (will be painful as well) I suggest you visit a lactation consultant for professional advice on how and where to start! but jia you Mummy, it will be tough but rewarding after that.
