same po condition ko nong pregnant ako, oats po eat ko every morning. yung linuluto pa na walang flavor, linalagyan ko honey or sugar na konting konti althhough advise ng nutritionist na no sugar. pina stop ako ng anmum din. sa meals more on green so mga gulay2 po. every day din po monitoring ko ng sugar level ko as advised ng endocrinologist ko and weekly ko sisend sa knya yung monitoring sheet with a list of my daily meals and monitoring report. thank God within range lang sugar ko, careful lang tlga sa mga kinakain.

Nag Wheat bread din ako for snacks na may best foods na Mayo. At every other day na lng ako umiinom ng anmum. Iwas sa white rice momsh. Ako red rice nako simula nung nalaman ko na mataas sugar ko hanggang sa nanganak na ako.

Better mag stick nalang po kayo sa veggies, iwasan din yung fruits na mataas ang sugar. Dati ako, yung diet ko is more on cucumber/carrot stick with mayo(yung pang keto). Carbs pa din po kasi yung bread.

Ung bread tricky siya kasi carbs pa rin yan, kala lang natin healthy kasi nakalagay high fiber. Carbs nacoconvert yan sa sugar kapag kinain natin. Better stick to vegetables na high fiber.

No, cause anything made of flour will turn into sugar, and yung sa milk po meron pa rin po yan sugar as per my OB. So water lang po, veggies and egg ang recommended sakin for diet.

suggest ko lng, wag mo pagsabayin (milk and carbo) cause according to my endocronologist, drink milk alone. as a person with GSD (gest.diabetes), this i proved to be true.

I was diagnose of Gestational diabetes nung preggy ako. Pwde ang bread basta wheat. Sa milk depende yan sa OB mo if papadiscontinue nya.

i suggest low carb diet. mataas din sugar ko nung first trimester (8weeks). 115, ngaun 74 na Lang 😊 24weeks pregnant

Thankyou po sa lahat. corn rice po now gamit ko. yung mais po na kanin gamit ko yung yellow. ok lng po ba yun?

Ayun, pinayagan ka naman pala less rice. One cup a day ka na lang, better if brown rice. Wag ka mag snack ng tinapay or biscuits/cookies. Oatmeal na lang na walang sugar.

check m ung Carb content mamsh.. kung mas mataas sya kesa sa protien and fats, ibig sabihin, mataas sa Sugar yan..
