normal pa sa ganyan week ang namimili ka ng food. bread ka kahit konti para may carbs. kung kaya mo oatmeal mas okay. then veggies and fruits. bsta po watch your food intake kasi pag madami bread naman is ma sugar dn un. plus more water and impt sa ganyan week is prenatal vits mo.
