first week NOV 2020 EDD ko po... working po ako at first time mom to be ask ko lang sana po kung anong month ako dapat mag file ng maternity leave? maxado na ba late or maaga kung ill file it on OCT. 1st week or much better po 2 weeks po before my EDD on leave n po ako ... thanks po sa sasagot

Ilang weeks po kayo ngayon? Kung gusto mo sulitin pwede naman at 35 or at 36 weeks you can file na, 37 weeks kasi considered as full term. Anytime nyan pwede ka na manganak before or after your due date, we can't tell. Ask for your OB's advice also kasi sya lang nakakaalam ng situation nyu po :)

Depende po yan sa inyo mommy.. Ako po nag maternity leave nung 36 weeks na ko kasi akala ko manganganak na ko by 37 weeks atsaka sa ER po ako nagwowork as a nurse kaya medyo stressful po😅 unfortunately 39 weeks and 2 days pa ko nung nanganak😁
