Waking up super early or middle of night without reasons

Hi! First timer mom here, wondering if anyone have the same experience as me in early weeks of pregnancy wake-up at 6/7am and week7&8 wake up 3am for no reason....anything can help to sleep through the night?

same here. I can't sleep through the night everyday and will always wake up between 2am to 4am to pee without fail.
