First time mummy here. Im 20w today but I don't feel any baby movement. But I do occasionally feel abdomen pain.. backache... my stomach is as round as watermelon too.. hard n tight... My last scan was in July... and the next detailed scan is Sep... no bleeding or whatsoever.... am i being paranoid? I keep on thinking im no longer pregnant 😢
