9 weeks Pregnant and Worried

Hi, im 9 weeks Pregnant :) 1st time pregnant more than 6 weeks.. last pregnancy miscarriage at 5 weeks.. i am on duphaston :) Abit worried as i have yellow discharge today , so far this is only the 2nd time.. but no smell or pain or whatsoever, but when i read on google, it could be a sign of infection? But some say its normal..so im abit worried and confused.. i hope anyone can advise.. Does anyone experience this before..thank u !
