hi , my first time joining this app .. just want to ask how all mummys gain so much breast milk ? can give me tip .. bdw this is my coming third baby ..

It actually depends on individual. Some mummies are blessed with lots of bm while some mummies no matter how much they tried, nothing. Pump/latch frequently, don’t skip sessions especially during the first few weeks. Stay hydrated. As much as you will be losing sleep, try to get as much rest as possible.
