Caffeine intake

First time drinking caffeine in 35 weeks, totally couldn’t sleep the whole night!! Anyone else experience this strong effect after abstaining for so long?

Me! I couldn’t fall asleep until 4am. I now no longer drink coffee after lunch time. 😅
