Contractions and dilated at 32 weeks

This is my first pregnancy. Was 32+1 last Monday, had severe cramping and abdominal pain in the middle of the night. Went to KKH, found out that I was having contractions and my cervix was dilated to 2cm, did another cervix check the next morning in the ward it became 3cm. Was given IM dexa to mature baby's lung and medications to stop contractiona which was already wind off. Anyone has similar experiences and are there chances for me to hold my pregnancy till 35 weeks? Still having on and off tightening with pinkish brown discharges. I'm still under observation in the hospital. im 33 weeks today.
