Hi fellow mummies, I’m a first time mum-to-be and currently at week 6, I was experiencing bad morning sickness the past week or two but feel like it’s gone all of a sudden today, is this a case for panic - should I visit the gynae immediately?
I don’t have any spotting / cramps / sudden stomach aches, just that the morning sickness is gone suddenly which I’m worried about. Please let me know if anyone has thoughts on this, thanks!
