hello fellow mummies! i just realized that i’ve been consuming excessive folic acid for the past 1 month (when i’m 7w-11w) - i had obimin + folic acid. i only realized now it’s way above the requirement and excessive folic acid may do more harm too.. so am wondering if there’s any concern about this 😭 first time mum here hence feeling a little bit more anxious 🥲
First time mum here too. I consumed DHA, calcium, obimin multi vitamin, iron and folic acid throughout my whole pregnancy journey. Gave birth to a healthy baby last month.
