Hello..my doc has suggested me some suppliments along with folic acid ...In all I am consuming 11.5 mg of folic acid..there will be no harm to my baby na??

hindi naman po siguro folic acid naman yun. doc mo naman nagcheck sayo alam niya aling nutrients ka deficient kaya ganung gamot din resita.
