Hindi healthy compare sa prepared foods na inihahain natin sa bahay. pero hindi din maiiwasan lalo kung nsa mall ka or pasyalan at nkaramdam na tlga ng gutom. Especially sa kids' lagi nilang hanap pizza, pasta, fried chicken and fries. Huwag lang araw arawin or dalasan. minsan lang din nman kaya ok lang. Bsta may pambawi din sa healthy food.
Magbasa paMas mainam parin ang homemade foods! Alam mo yung lasa na gusto ng pamilya mo. Maibibigay mo pa yung nutrisyon na kailangan nila batay sa recipe na ihahain mo. Pwede rin gawing bonding ng pamilya ang pagprepare! Helpful lang ang fastfoods kapag longdrive pero mas madalas parin ako sa lutong bahay. May kasama pang pagmamahal.

Wag lang araw arawin. And siguraduhin nalang na may pang bawing healthy food sa meals after kumain neto. Sad naman din pag walang experience ang bata kumain sa jollibee or mcdo. Etc.
Its convenient to buy but its already processed food so iba pa din ang freshly made or prepared na home cooked food.
Its better to give our child less processed foods, and more on a healthy snack that they surely would love.
