Chicken salad wraps
My family's fave ❤️ Easy and healthy Ingredients: Tortilla - regular or whole wheat Boiled chicken or left over roasted chicken, strips Carrots, strips Cucumber, strips Cheese, strips Lettuce Salad dressing of your choice - Ranch, Caesar, Roasted sesame, etc Procedure: 1. Heat tortilla on non-stick pan for few seconds (no oil) 2. Place the tortilla on plate, arrange all ingredients in the middle - lettuce first, last is the dressing 3. Fold the tortilla, start with bottom then both sides, secure by inserting a toothpick. 4. Serve while freshly made to avoid the dressing being absorbed by the tortilla.
