CS to Normal

Any exercise or advise para magnormal ang delivery? CS kase ako nung una pero ayoko na ngayong second, sobrang hirap at sakit nang recovery + pa yung mga side effects like pangangalay nang likod at pagiging makakalimutin. Gusto ko sanang mag normal na. Any recommendation aside from maglakad nang malakad?
