I used to feel that way too, so pacifier will be your best friend. If it doesn’t help, on music and let baby listen while out in public (especially bus/trains). For stares and looks, it’s inevitable so just ignore them. Human’s nature if you hear a screaming kid you’ll turn to look to see what is happening but will just bother your own thing 😊.

What if music doesn't help too? 😅 how do i overcome this anxiety hais....
