Hello everyone ?? im new here ?im asking about my situasyon hindi ako makatulog at nahirapan ako sa postion ko what is the best position to sleep .and the best way to sleep kasi mahirap ako mka tulog kasi baby ko always moving is this normal?.
Left or right side sis kasi kapag nakatihaya si Baby kawawa di siya komportable so alternate nalang pwesto mo pag nangawit ka other side naman tapos mag lagay ka unan sa likod mo para di mangalay konting tiis nalang malapit mo na makatabi baby mo.
