Gestational diabetes diet

Hi everyone, I am currently 28 weeks and following GD’s diet plan, but I feel hungry all the time. I am worried if it effects baby development? Any tips to cope with this? Thanks

same here, 28 weeks diagnosed w/ GD. Eat small frequent meals with high in fiber and less carbs to avoid blood sugar spikes, it's okay to snack from time to time as long as you're eating healthy foods.
