Hi everyone My baby is 1.3 year old n still his food chart is a big concern for me Here I m sharing his time table If possible share urs Wake up 7 7:30 Banana n egg 9:30 milk 11- 12 lunch 3-4 milk/milk made puree 7 dinner He sleep around 8.30 Till now he is having khichadi with lots of veggie in lunch n dinner I wanna know what else I can give him

the foods that you are giving are already quite good. i would say you can start adding a variety of grains now. also, you can introduce more types of fruits as well as chicken and fish, if you are non-vegetarians
