Feeling bad

Entering week 8 of my pregnancy. In the beginning i still can hold back from sweets, fried food, iced drink etc. Eat only what a preggy mum should eat and drink plain water only. But for the past 1 week i cant hold back any more. Secretly drinking iced milo, takes sweet, eat all the junk food that preggy should avoid. Eat alrdy feel guilty, dont eat cannot take it. But, i really cant take it anymore. ?

Don't worry too much and just eat whatever you feel like as long in moderation, it's fine as long ur not taking junk food for all 3 meals. Will affect your mood and baby if you keep thinking about this and feeling bad. Relax and enjoy the journey!

I am having this problem at week 6. It is ok to indulge once in a while. I had by brown sugar bubble tea even though it is bad due to high sugar content. 😝
