Embarrassed

Hi this is embarrassing. Im going into my 3rd trimester and suddenly my vagina is more sensitive then usual and my gynae mentioned i have a "fishy" smell down there. Im tested positive for possible UTI. Im a very hygienic person, i dont know why this is happening. This is so embarrassing for me.
