Can i change gynae last minute?

Im at my third trimester now and im thinking of changing gynae. Is it possible? As i am looking at doing c sect due to my placenta is low. My current gynae c sect charges are very expensive. Wondering any mummies can let me know your c sect charges at mount alvernia with which gynae? And i can change gynae at my last trimester right?
