INCOMPLETE ABORTION

My eldest is already 8 years old and I've been wanting to have another child. On January 31st, my PT was positive thrice and it was confirmed that I'm 5-7 weeks pregnant via ultrasound. Unfortunately, I had bleeding and painful cramps which eventually led to miscarriage. Do doctors really put, "INCOMPLETE ABORTION" as diagnosis? I'm still having a hard time accepting it. ? The term really has a negative implication. Thank you in advance for your answers. ❤
