Anyone with the same experience? Thanks po

My EDD is on October but my hubby will be home next year. We want the baby to use his surname but he's not around pa and not that easy to reach since he's working on a cruiseship. But is there a case na, my baby can use his father's surname and register his birthcertificate, kahit verbal consent lang? I mean no written consent or any proof. Thanks.

According to my friend po ganyan dn situation nya and nag iwan lng si hubby ng ID and consent. Try kya via email mommy ipascan and ID and consent nya? Also, sa birth cert dun sa claim ng SSS, need po ng Certified True Copy from Local Civil Registrar.

Nope. Same situation tayo.

Kelangan sis present si hubby if nanganak ka coz he has to sign sa likod ng bc. Written consent isnt valid. Ipalate reg mo nlang pagdating father ni bb

Not yet married po. Next year pa when he gets back home. If late registry, so late din sa pagclaim ng SSS mat.ben? Thanks everyone.

Up to 10 yrs naman po ang pag claim ng sss mat benefits. So no worry na ma forfeit
